Happy St. Patrick's Day!
To celebrate this special day I baked a mini pistachio rose water cake with honey buttercream. This was a spiced nutty mini cake that wass quite appropriate for the day.
I also would love to share this carrot cake with cream cheese frosting that I baked for a customer yesterday. It was decorated with crushed pistachios and pecans, and caramelized cereals. The cake was soft, moist and delicious, and the decoration was fabulous. The customer was quite delighted :)!
