Easter Bunny
Hello,
This is an exciting week as we are approaching Easter. Easter is one of my favorite holidays. For us Brazilians, it is a big as Christmas. To enter the week with the spirit of Easter festivities, I baked a super cute Easter Cake.
The cake is a dark chocolate cake with coconut filling, iced with chocolate buttercream frosting. I covered the cake with chocolate curls to make it look like a log. The figurines are made out of fondant.
I am totally in love with this cake!!
